Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Administrative Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient office operations, effective support to departments, and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will play a key role in managing administrative staff, streamlining processes, and supporting the overall productivity and professionalism of the workplace. You will also be responsible for travel Coordination and end-to-end travel arrangements.
Job Duties
Oversee and coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for employees and executives, including flights, accommodation, visas, and local transportation.
Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting evaluations.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, documentation, and general support services.
Develop and implement office procedures and administrative systems to improve workflow efficiency.
Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and other executive support tasks.
Manage correspondence, filing systems (physical and digital), and confidential records.
Support budget planning and control for administrative expenditures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and resolve administrative issues.
Monitor office maintenance and coordinate with facilities teams for repairs and upgrades.
Prepare regular reports and updates on administrative activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Proficiency in office management tools (MS Office Suite, digital archiving systems,
project management software, etc.).
