Responsibilities
- 1. Establish and Lead a Dedicated Fundraising Team
- 2. Acting as a focal point with difference funding providers (Banks, NBFIs, or
- Individual investors)
- 3. Explore Innovative Fundraising Strategies:
- - Keep abreast of current market trends and identify new and innovative fundraising opportunities.
- - Conduct thorough research on potential investors and develop targeted approaches to secure investments.
- - Utilize various fundraising techniques, such as crowdfunding, partnerships, and joint ventures, to maximize investment potential.
- 4. Craft Business Cases to Attract Potential Investors:
- - Develop comprehensive business cases for each real estate project, highlighting the potential return on investment for potential funders.
- - Collaborate with project managers and financial analysts to create accurate financial projections and investment packages.
- - Present business cases to potential investors in a compelling and professional manner, addressing their concerns and showcasing the value of partnering with our company.
- 5. Maintain Strong Investor Relations:
- - Foster and cultivate positive relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring open communication and mutual trust.
- - Provide regular updates and reports to investors.
- - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all necessary legal documents and contracts are prepared and executed accurately
- 6. Monitor and Evaluate Investment Performance:
- - Analyze the financial performance of current real estate investments and
- provide recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
- - Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies in
- collaboration with the risk management team.
- - Keep abreast of industry regulations, market developments, and economic trends that may impact investment decisions.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification is highly desirable.
- - Proven experience in fundraising and investment management within the real estate industry in Egypt.
- - In-depth understanding of investment principles, financial analysis, and risk Assessment.
- - Strong track record of successfully attracting and securing investments from diverse sources.
- - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- - Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high-performance levels and achievement of targets.
- - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong investor relationships.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- - Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
