Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships across diverse markets
- Identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business
- Present solutions that address customer needs and create value
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team success
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Previous sales experience is an advantage, but we welcome motivated individuals with the right attitude and drive
